Returns & Exchanges
At Cut Loose Merch, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
